Hi Team, Having issue with Boat stone 1200F Bluetooth speaker battery, sound issue and color mismatched. I have raised a complaint with Boat for either Refund or replace the product. They were refused refund and agreed replacement. Still replacement is not processed since 3 weeks now they haven’t respond properly. They were keep mention i have to wait for 24-48 hours and i wanted 3 weeks now but no response. Again today mentioned i have to wait for 48 hours. I am really frustrated. They were keep changing their words. Some of them says Refund is very much possible and some says not possible. They dont stand their words. I am completely unsatisfied with the Product and Service. I wanted to get the refund NOT the replacement. Please Justice!! Thank you
