Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an error in my recent order. On Sunday, 3rd September 2023, I ordered 3 boxes of Ferro Rocheres. However, upon receiving the package, I was disappointed to find that it contained Nestle Coffee instead.

I requested them to kindly investigate this matter and send me the correct order as soon as possible. The order number is 13812. Enclosed are the images for your reference.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but I trust that your company will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation.

But both the company and the courier company (Xpressbees.com) jointly made a fraudulent act. They are not responding to emails, or phones either.
