We signed up for the package. Paid 1.7 lakhs.
When we asked that the membership be canceled. They refused, citing “terms and conditions”.
The policy states that ”
In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction with our services. The Member can cancel their OWNERSHIP within 10 days after taking first Holiday by writing to us at [email protected]”
We decided to take their “free holiday”
The first hotel did not have the booking at first, and then they booked for just 1 night. The next day they booked for the second night.
The second hotel did not have any booking for us. After mentioning this to OHH, they offered other hotels that were unsatisfactory.
We were accommodated by the hotel as a favour to us.
I kept writing to OHH keeping them informed of the lack of their service.
The day we arrived back, i wrote an email with all the details mentioning that we were extremely dissatisfied with their service, and would like a refund.
that was the 21st of June. It is not the 23rd of July and they have been asking us to wait for a whole month.
