Respected Sir,
My name is Tanisha and I want to complaint against orchestra data company I was contacted from Ruchika Solution by a lady asking if i want to do a form filling job. I also said him yes, the job was to complete 280 forms in 6 days. If it is 90% accuracy, then they will make pay me RS.26000 and will deduct Rs.7100 from it as there fees.But if not completed, i have to pay them Rs.7100 as penalty. I have start the work in 18th June 2023 and but it’s work not possible to do whenever I ask her to how I do they say she will tell tomorrow please wait today company time is over next day she MSG me and ask me how your work completed I say I do nothing because it’s not possible its size too small and when I open one app then 2nd one closed I face so trouble to do she said you close your work with given panalty accuracy so you have to pay the penalty amount. I ask from her how much panalty charge she will send aa screen shot of pdf charge she said me if I don’t pay charge in with in 15 min they take legal action against me but I feared about that and I send 1000₹ to her as a panalty charge they said you have send only 1000₹ and left amount when you send ₹6080 I say her you say this amount I send you now 6080₹ for what they say if you not send left amout with in 30 min I will send your details to Gujarat court and in Gujarat court you will pay 45000₹ with a own layer I say give me some time to pay your amout she said only 30 min you have pay so I cancel otherwise I sent your details next after some time withinn3_4 hour at 5:30 clock i got a mail from Advocate Associate, this advocate not tell me where from is he .This Advocate sent a what’app MSG to me.After he calls me ,he said that if i doesn’t pay the penalty ,he said that he will take legal actions against me.I am afraid of that, i have to pay Rs.6080 including penalty and legal charges.After that he said that Rs.35000 extra paid to him. Iam totally depressed ,i don’t have such amount ,i ask to him.After that This Advocate mentally and emotionally tortured me from call. And what’s app MSG He blackmails me for if i doesn’t pay the amount ,he will ruin my whole career and life. He also say if I not pay panitly charge with in 6:00 clock he send my details next to advocate Gujarat and he say that if I m not paying this amount so he take legal action against me I am totally depressed and mentally tortured by them.I think now this is fake.If it is fake or not.I don’t know how to do.I can attach image of the mail by Advocate associate.Please ,it is my humble request to look into matter with this huge scam which they are playing with innocent people have no jobs.Please take remedial actions against these fraudulent activities.
