On 1 February, 2021 .I got a call from a mobile number 97122 71864 from a Gujarat based company Oracle Data Consulting / aptechsolution.in (both have same addresses) that you are selected for Work from Home Job of ebook typing. I will be given 100 images and out of these, 100 notepad files have to be typed from respective images. For which you have to sign an agreement immediately and give any identity verification card. I sent them my details. She has not given me enough time to thoroughly read it and made me sign the agreement stating the link will expire in 10 minutes. After sending this online agreement,I searched about this company on the internet and found that this company is fraud and asks a huge amount of money from people.I immediately asked them to cancel my agreement, and asked them not to send me any work. Now they sent me a legal notice and are asking me to give a hefty amount of money and threatening me.
Sir, As soon as I read this Agreement I shocked to see the Penalty Clause (which was not intimated verbally over mobile call).
Please help me to cancel this Agreement, as I don’t want to work with this fraud company. I have found lots of negative views about this company. I find that these fraud companies demand hefty amount from us. I don’t have enough money to fulfill the demand of these fraud companies.
