My name is [Sankar], and I am writing to report a case of fraudulent activity in the trading and investment sector. I believe this incident is a clear violation of legal and ethical standards. I entrusted my trading account to individuals for account handling services, and I have suffered significant financial loss as a result.
The first instance involved two individuals who were entrusted with managing my trading account. Unfortunately, this venture led to a loss of capital. Subsequently, another individual by the name of Shameer, representing Stella Shared Spaces Private Limited, approached me with a promise of genuine account management and the use of stop-loss strategies to minimize losses. Initially, it seemed like a legitimate opportunity as I witnessed some profit in the early days.
However, the situation took a dire turn when the market conditions shifted, and I realized that Shameer was engaging in risky and irresponsible trading practices, leading to significant losses. I promptly communicated my concerns regarding the losses and urged him to take corrective measures. Regrettably, he ignored my requests and ultimately resulted in the complete depletion of my trading account, which amounted to INR 15,000.
Shameer initially assured me that a ‘profiling fee’ of INR 15,000 would be deducted from the profits generated. However, the subsequent actions were neither transparent nor ethical. When I demanded the return of my initial capital, Shameer responded by insisting that I invest additional funds in order to recover the losses sustained.
To date, my attempts to contact Shameer have gone unanswered, and it appears that he has no intention of returning my capital or addressing the issue at hand. In light of these circumstances, I conducted some research and discovered a potential point of contact through an office email address associated with Stella Shared Spaces Private Limited – vivek@cosmofeed.com.
