Text of Complaint by Rahul:

I uploaded my profile at Quick.  After that this company contact me via whatsapp. A lady asked me for my Aadhar and signature and told me that the company will call you for the varification and u have to attend it  anyhow. A guy called me and told me that your I’d n password is generated and you can start the work. I checked my email then I come to know that there is an agreement . Then I contact the lady on whatsapp. And told everything, what I come to know. She replied that sir don’t worry it’s just a agreement of 11 month. And it’s not menditory that you have to work in every month. Its your choice when u want to work.

Then I started working. I worked for a day I’ll completed around 30 page. Next day i got some bad news from my family. Then I contacted that lady and tell my problem. She replied sir  that sir don’t worry company is with you. After 4th day that lady told me to contact at helpline number and tell my problem to them. A guy received the call and told me that u have to complete the work anyhow. Or you have to pay the money. Then I told him about that lady . He replied that we run the company not she .

After that I login the site and done few pages . After few hour of rest again I login . Then your account is banned due to multiple logging.

After that I’ll leave everything. After few day a advocate contact me his name is Anand Desai Form Rajkot with a  LEGAL INTIMATION LETTER and tell me to I have to pay the money. And he sacred me by tell. If u will not pay the money.  U will face the problem and many more. I got scared and asked how much I have to pay . He hold me 14950 than I asked that I the aggreement it’s mentioned 6999. Then he told me no u have to pay 14950 in 10 min. Otherwise u will be in problem. I’ll contact the company and asked them about Bank details the guy told me that the advocate will provide you everything. Then advocate give me gpay number 709 682 9488. I asked that advocate that I will get the recipit of this He told me yes.

I’ll pay the amount. After 30 min a guys again call me and asked me that you have to pay 57000 as agreement end money. After that I googled about optibase and come to know this company doing fraud with everyone. And i also the victim of this . After rearch I come to know that . The ANAND DESAI  sending same legal notice to Everyone with same

After few day .

Again a advocate send me a legal notice via Gmail

[email protected]

And demanding money.

His name is Vijay Patel. And he using similar gmail like Delhi court.

After some reached I came to know this is not Delhi court gmail. This gmail is someone else .

I request to take action against it.
