I MR.VIVEK MANI VISITED OPPO SERVICE CENTER IN #147(34,35), WARD 60, PID 60-97-147, 9TH MAIN, 3RD BLOCK JAYANAGAR ( GSTIN NUMBER-29AAWCS6634F1ZO) AS I WAS FACING A ISSUE WITH THE SOFTWARE UPDATE ON THE OPPO F 19PRO MOBILE PHONE (IMEI NUMBER;863782055761570), THE PHONE WAS BOUGHT ON 10/10/2021, THE SERVICE CENTER STAFF (MS.SUDHA) HANDLED OUR COMPLAINT ON 13/10/2022 & INFORMED THAT THERE IS AN INTERNAL MOTHER BOARD DAMAGE TO FIX IT THE CHARGES COMES TO 13,166/-, WHEN ASKED FOR THE PROOF OF DAMAGE THE STAFF DENIED SAYING THEY CANNOT DISCLOSE IT TO THE USER/CONSUMER, THEY HAVE ALSO PROVIDED AN ESTIMATED CHARGES TO FIX THE ISSUE.
I TOOK BACK MY PHONE & GOT IT CHECKED IN THE LOCAL MOBILE SERVICE CENTER HE JUST UPDATED THE PHONE’S SOFTWARE WITHOUT CHARGING A SINGLE RUPEE FROM ME.
SINCE A CONSUMER BELIEVES IN OPPO BRAND FOR ANY ISSUE THEY PREFER BRAND SERVICE CENTER, THE MOBILE BRANDS ARE UTILIZING THIS & MINTING MONEY FROM THE USERS/CONSUMERS, KINDLY TAKE A NECESSARY ACTION AGAINTS THIS FRAUDLENTS AT THE EARLIEST
