Am using Oppo Company Reno 5 pro 5G since 2 years. I have using very smoothly since last 2 years but on Dated 29/06/2023 , I have shown your mobile should be Updated by New software Update which has been offered by the oppo company . After Updation I have seen one Green Line on my Mobile screen Oppo Reno 5 pro 5g. Before Updation my mobile have no problem with charging, No heating issue, No lagging / slow working or any other issues but after New update given by the oppo company my mobile shows display problem. It’s not my fault sir regards display issue. No 1 has been solved my problem yet i want to claim with the company because oppo company offered to update software. I will go legally and take action against to the company who had cheated us.Oppo Pvt Ltd solve my problem. And i want to replace my screen with free of cost because its not my fault its your company software problem that damaged my mobile screen Oppo service center person told me to change Display but Original Display cost is Around 13500/- . Iam not responsible for Display damaged and get green line I am not going to pay them 1 rupee also i want to replace my screen for free of cost @oppo @oppolegal @oppopvtltd
