Dear Sir/Mam,
My phone Blast F 17 pro on the same day of purchase on 13 September 2020 when I am doing the charging. I am submitting my phone on 14 September 2020 at WA-86, 1st Floor, Shakar Pur Opposite to shiv shakti mandir, Laxmi nagar Delhi-110092. They refused to provide an exchange or refund of my product. My phone IMEI No. is 86958105617956/49 register Mobile No. is 7065333375 purchase from CROMA retail store Preet Vihar.
No one help to resolve the issue not OPPO nor CROMA.
The service of OPPO is very bad.
Please help me out from this situation.
