Sir/Ma’am,
I am unable to open my airtel payment bank or wallet account in my airtel app.I tried to call the customer executive but they are not responding my call.
And i wrote mails regarding the issue.Ye again they respond me with same answers that you should try with different details.
The problem occurred is that when i try to open the Wallet account it shows that your details are already exists with different airtel mobileĀ number.And they told me to re-try with different details of Proof of Identity (POI) i.e., Aadhaar card,PAN Card, Driving License,etc.
I tried all the POI as i mentioned above but the message occur still the the same that your details already exists.
Now,i have tried all my Identity proof that are given to me by the Govt. Of India.what would i do now. Please fix it as soon as possible.
