I have ordered “Fossil sport 43 Smartwatch” from the web site routed through Instagram called “24x7shoppingcart.com” on 20th December’20. Have received the parcel on 28th by my landlord, today I open that parcel and found local wrong watch with false brand name (FOSIILL), glass break, flap holder is also break.
On the other hand, the actual name of watch what i ordered is written over the parcel box.
This is clear case of fraud by “ST Trading”
The details mentioned over the parcel is also wrong which is also a fraud to the GOVT.
Have searched ST Trading over google platform and found lots of complaints for the same Co. But still there no action taken as of now.
