I am writing to bring to your immediate attention an issue with my recent order [Order ID: OD432431259533126100]. This was an open box delivery that was supposed to be handed over to me personally, but I have not received the package. However, the status of the order is now marked as “Delivered” in your system.
Could you please urgently investigate this matter and provide me with an update?
