Excitel has a 60 days refund policy, I’ve provided my ONU device back on 11-June-2023, i was supposed to receive my refund in the next 60 days from that given date.
It’s 27-nov-2023 now and It’s been 5 months &i haven’t received my refund yet.
I called the customer care multiple times and all I’ve got was ” we will make it happen ASAP” and “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team”.
And after i started getting angry and asking them I need my refund, they started saying “we will arrange a call back from the payment team/ superior”.
After multiple days & complaints I am still yet to receive payment link.
Every time I call the customer care it’s a new agent and they say the same thing that they will arrange a Refund link from the team within “Few” days, and I called the customer care again just to listen to the same line I’ve listened to the pas so many calls I’ve made.
