I have purchased online from only brands website , which was diverted from an instagram advertisement. They took cash from me and delivered used garments. Now i have realised that the contact number is fake , complaint mail address is fake infact shop address is fake.
I have lost money and i want to sue this company.

Shiprocket is the curior company which is also affiliated with them. Because delivery man is also not responding.
