I got call thru quikr for online data entry [form filling] job and as they said that there is no investment and deposit charges of 4700/- will be deducted from 1st salary. as the work was simple and i dont have to pay anything during this pandemic time [iam jobless] i agreed and start doing the job after getting user id and password.
I completed the job and send it; i got the message that the QC is failed and calls from company that i have to pay the utility expenses of 4700/- and if not paid it will be a legal issue; as the amount was kept for my kids tutions i paid it to company thinking that it might be my mistake for not entering the details properly. After payment of 4700/-; again they called me and said that i have to pay more charges for cancellation of i dont want to work and also if i want to continue also i have to pay.
Now i told them that i dont want to continue with company and no where in agreement it is mentioned that after 1st QC failed i have to pay again for cancellation or new work.
Please help me as i dont want to go in public and dont want to inform my family on this. family will torture me for this involvement.
also they have my Voter ID Card photo sent thru whatsapp.
they have also messaged that my internal case id (258688) has been listed on 15-10-20 for legal proceedings. kindly call on 7265863156
