The company has contacted me for online work and I was comfortable in doing the work, so I asked the company representative to give me some agreement or any official letter in which my salary and other mandatory things should be mentioned but they via messenger sent me Login ID and password but not anything in written regarding salary and offer letter. So I didn’t joined and asked them to provide the same then only I will continue. After a week I got mail from their advocate ( seems fraud) regarding notice and awl and pressurising me to made payment to them othervis me they will file a case against me. I asked them on what behalf they are saying they claim that they have my signed agreement. But I didn’t signed any agreement. They also have taken soft copy of Aadhar in name of confirmation of address proof.
