My name is HARSHVARDHAN. I am a student and searched for several work from home online jobs on google and one day on 13th July,2022,3:32 pm, I received a call from a person name Khushi (phn no. 9093088769) who offered me to work from home and gave me a project of completing 425 forms within 5 days and promised me of paying Rs.40 per form i.e. Rs.17000 for completion of 425 forms to which I agreed. I completed and submitted the work within given period of time and my work was rejected to which i was informed to pay Rs.5800+gst amount due to rejection of the forms I filled. I received the calls from phone numbers (7447018784, 7430059610, 9753470767) and they threatened me to pay the amount. I got scared and paid the amount of Rs.6844 through paytm. They provided me the QR code through whatsapp. The screenshot of payment is attached in the complaint. After depositing this amount of 5800+gst, they called me and asked to deposit more 10000 to quit the job or more 21000 to continue the job. This information was not given to me before deposition of Rs.6844. These people psychologically framed the situation in which they troubled my mind and made me pay within 5 minutes. I searched about this company and saw several similar complaints registered against them. They made pressure on my mind and with false intention made me pay the amount. This was the act of undue influence. I hereby request you to take legal action on this company on the grounds of harassment, extortion, breach of trust, threatening and mentally torturing me. I request you to please help me recover the amount of Rs.6844 which I paid to this company through paytm. I also request you to immediately pursue action against this fraud company and freeze their accounts with immediate effect so that they cannot commit the same kind of activities with other innocent people.
