I got a msg from access insurance data management and there they offer me a online work which is data entry of 375forms I have to complete it within 6days. I confirmed them and signed a agreement with them now I started working bt sudden one day app was not working and I was unable to complete all work so there was only 179 forms were left…I had sent email and msgs them but they didn’t respond as I need 1more day for completing work. Today I get a call from any advocate name as Rs Thakur she told and says I am going to sign a file in court against you due to not completed work it’s your prblm I said I want to talk woth company senior bt they didn’t gave no..therefore she said to pay penalty otherwise meet in court.

Same this happened with me,,my name Shalini a home maker looking for online work, i got a number by name Reya sharma pH:082691 47133 and asked for work. She gave all information details of work I give all my details . She took my digital sign without showing aggreement details or copies. . When
I read the agreement details in my gmail and told her I don’t want to proceed with the same. Pls terminate my account.
She then started blackmailing me that she has all my details and also sign if work not done legal proceedings will take pls. And all. Even after repeatedly requesting her she didnot terminate my account. Now they are asking for 1lakh rs for not doing work for 4 days or not completing work to pay 1 lakh . They have sent a legal notice. What to do. Company name: access insurance mangement data entry. Now they have sent online court order copy if I won’t pay @99000 /-rs in 7 days.
