respected sir/madam
my name is Nived and i am writting this letter regarding an issue faced by me,i ordered an expensive digital watch from casio (casioindiashop.in)…and i opted for cash on delivery but that option was unavailable,then i paid the cash through debit card of rupees 2696/- and ordered it,it was told transaction was successfull and said the product will be delivered on monday (today)…but i didnt received my profuct yet….there is no option of tracking the ordered product or anything,i just think i was fooled by casio,please contact them and ask to send the product immidietly and send me the status of my order as soon a possible
