Good morning dear.
On 26 April 2021,i got an ads saying they are providing job contact on WhatsApp and i contacted them on that number (+91 6358 005 786) her name is Nisha. She told me I should send the following documents

Kindly Share Your Any One Genuine Photo ID ( Aadhar ID / Voter ID / Driving License ID / Passport )” . Then i sent my passport, she asked me adhar card or voter id .I said don’t have any of these documents I am then she asked me my house agreement i sent it. After she received my documents(passport and agreement) they sent email with the company named FastTrackForms where i should fill 500 forms in 5 days with 90% accuracy and salary is 20000 and which 6500 will be deducted as registration fees. As i am student and i have no income i accepted to work then they need my video voice recording i did. Then they gave me user I’d and forms to be filled. I started work on it so 140 forms done. On third day (28 April 2021) my id suddenly was terminated,the problem is they clearly mentioned we can not connect different networks only one network can be used I have no idea about that that day i was working on it and i connected with my wifi,current cut off then i contacted with my cell phone data that why the id terminated. So that Nisha provided me the following contact as customer care (+919099683943 and fastrackform21@gmail.com) .To solve id terminated problem i called both no one answered,even they never contacted me. So started doubting them and i searched from Google i didn’t get concrete answers so i quit them.
They never contacted until on 5 July someone sent me email which said he is avodcate and i should pay 32800 within 3 hours because i didn’t respected company agreement .Again i searched from Google and i found some complaint which made on 2 may 2021. The below is his email:

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
We Have Receive Your File From TYPING WORK And Your Case Had Been Open Due To The Clearance And Found That Still Your Arbitration Process Has Been Pending And Section 74 And 75 Two Section Still Pending If You Want To Clear Your Section On You Then Kindly Pay The Fee Rs.32,850/- Clear Your Section After Your File Will Be Close You Will Get Clearance Letter From The Company Side Or We Need To Open Your File Send For The Legal Action.
Legal Notice : It Is Like A Final Warning To The Receiver That The Sender Is All Prepared To Initiate A Legal Action And It Is The Final Opportunity For The Receiver To Resolve The Issue In Hand Properly.
Summon Letter : If You Don’t Reply On The Time Period It Means That T/C You Agree And You May On The Fault And As Per Notice You Are Disrespecting The Notice And Law So As Per The Court Summon Letter Will Be Issued It Is To Notifying A Named Party That A Case Involving It And That It Must An Appearance On The Stated Date To Answer The Charge Or Give Evidence.
Failure To Obey Summon May Result In Issue Of Warrant Of Arrest And Not Settling The Dispute Will Land Up You In Mess And We Need To Proceed This Case Further For An Arbitrary Proceeding.
