Text of Complaint by Vidhi:

I took the online class course for Korean language in October and it’s about a 3 months course, but after 2-3 classes he started to delay classes even making an hour class of just 20-30 min, till now only little syllabus is completed and when I started to ask for my refund he denied and forcefully told me that he won’t refund and it’s upto me to continue and even told me that it’s me who doesn’t show any interest in the course, even it’s me to cancel the class, but I never asked him even he is traveling around time, for that he have time. but he already wasted my past 3 months. Even if he can’t give mentioned time to us then why he is advertising for other batches on online platforms. Just making money without providing anything. I don’t know about other students but this thing made me suffered a lot I wasted 3 months . So I want him to return my money back.
