Hello,
I live in Toronto, Canada; I recently bought three sarees from https://silkzone.in/products/tussar-silk-hand-embroidery-saree,. Silk zone is a manufacturer and also retails through the above website. On their website there are pictures and descriptions of embroidered, Tusser silk sarees with silk mark tags..I paid approx INR 15000 for 3 sarees. I only received 2 sarees, but I paid for 3 sarees, and I did not receive a linen silk embroidered saree.
None of the Sarees I received matched the description, picture, price and quality of the fabric. Adittionally the both sarees are not wearable because the embroidery on saree skirt is not done on the full saree. This is a fraud, and clearly, I was scammed. I feel so humiliated and ripped.
I shipped the sarees to my Aunt address who lives in UP, India because my cousin brother was visiting India. I received the 2 sarees on Feb 13, 2023. As soon as I received I complained to the vendor on his WhatsApp # and emailed Silk Zone customer service. He did not respond yet.
I am heartbroken and disappointed to see the sarees. The saree work and fabric are not as it is shown in the picture. The saree material is polyester, it is not silk, blended silk or rayon silk.At the back of the embroidery saree border there is some white sticky material which look so cheap.I spend around INR 15000.00, which is a substantial amount. I need a full refund.
I am so shocked and humiliated by the insensitivity of the vendor not responding to my messages an emails. I hope you will attend to this matter as soon as possible. I can’t seem to upload all the images. I have attached screen shot of the order number and history. I have images for the defected sarees, let me know how I could send you.
