Respected Seniors,
I need your urgent help regarding an online fraud which occurred with me.
I was searching for an online travel agency for Dubai Tour Packages and found one online, named “All India Holiday”. I did research on the same and found their website online with full details of the company.
I was assisted by their agent Ms. Vandana. She shared a quotation with me and verified all the details. For being fully sure I also did a video call to see their office place, which Ms. Vandana showed me.
After all these discussions and verifications I made an online payment of Rs. 63095 on 29th Nov (the total amount of flight-33000 &60% of the package amount 30000). I have attached the screenshot of payment, quotation and invoice shared by them.
On 12th December, I received hotel booking confirmation on whatsapp ( PFA screenshot).
Suddenly on 29th December, Ms. Vanadana informed me on call that Company’s senior officials ran away with the money of all clients. Even their site is not available online now.
I request you to kindly register my complaint against this fraud and help me to get my hard earned money back.
