My husband, Akash Kumar made a transaction on 14th Jan 2022 on a website named Wakefit. The online merchant or the payment gateway used by that company is PayU. he made a transaction of 17,650 INR but it somehow failed and money was debited from his account. Now, the money is neither with the bank(HSBC) nor with Wakefit company. We have been chasing them for the past 2 months but got no help from anyone. PFA bank transaction details.
PayU has no means of communication or customer service so we tried reaching them on Twitter, LinkedIn everywhere possible but all went in vain. Even if you want you can check on twitter there are many people like us who have been looted by this company.
We have high hopes from this authority . Please hear our voice and let us know further steps or procedures. Looking forward to hearing from you.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
