I got a call from +919871285741, she informed herself as bank employee me and asked me to provide OTP to credit rewards poind which got expired last month. By mistaken I have provided them started debiting money from credit card.
I was raised a request to block card and dispute on payments.
Till now the issue is not resolved . Now banker is saying that we will not do anything from bank. Even not providing details of the merchant to whom it went.
