Dear Sir / Ma’am,
This has reference to a transaction for recharge of my PayTM wallet for Zomato through my SBI Credit Card.
This transaction was initiated on for Rs. 4000/-
The amount was debited from my SBI Credit Card on same day, however my PayTM wallet balance was not credited with the same amount. On contacting Zomato & PayTM for this transaction I did not get a satisfactory response. It has been more than 3 working days now since the amount got debited from my credit card balance, however no credit has been observed in PayTM wallet nor reversal of transaction on my Credit card statement.
I am attaching herewith my credit card statement from 27-06-2022 to till date for your reference.
Please assist in getting this resolved as no resolution was received from Zomato now PayTM.
