I am shoja jose ..I recharged my mobile number for about 500 rupees ….the transaction was made through online mode .. debit Card..500 rupees got debited from my bank account..but recharge failed ..money lost ..the bsnk authority & airtel operators refused to refund of money .. creating mental agony ..kindly solve this issue
