I had booked flight ticket online from Travolook.in and the amount got deducted from bank and was told to wait 30 min for confirmation. Later receive mail of cancelling the ticket
I have been told & got call from the customer care executives that the money will be refunded back to my source account within 7-10 working days period .
On which I have waited for such long day to get back my money refunded back to my original source account but it was a such a waste & frustrated for me that even after waiting for almost 1 month there was no response & no money has been refunded back to my credit card yet. The transaction was done on 15th March 2022(screenshot attached Patna to Mumbai). Reference ID – REF985766163
I booked a ticket on 26 January 2022 with reference no 899231645 and paid the amount of Rs 13578 but after I made the payment the ticket was cancelled as I received a call from travolook regarding the ticket cancellation they said due to variation in the price the ticket has been cancelled. It almost 80 days and the deducted amont is yet not refunded after I called travolook many times. Please i request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
