Hey I’m Shivam Rane I haven’t taken any loan from any of the online losn providing app but from 1 Dec I’m getting some text and WhatsApp messages to repay loan as “Official important warning❗️Please deal with it immediately❗:
Your behavior has already constituted loan fraud❗, and the platform can take compulsory measures in accordance with the law❗️
The platform’s local door-to-door collection personnel will contact your emergency contact. You need to cooperate with our work. If you do not cooperate. The platform constantly harasses everyone in your phone’s address book via phone calls, text messages and WhatsApp. The platform’s door-to-door debt collectors will collect your debt in accordance with regulations. If it disrupts your life, house and family, please do not resist.
The platform will also contact your company and ask the company to cooperate in accordance with legal provisions.
