I paid Rs 4499.28 for purchase of Nefon Smartphone in response to Shopmymobile ad. I paid the amount with my credit card and the payment reference ID is 428457910 dated 04/05/2021 and as per the SMS from the payment gateway (PAYUMONEY) the same has been paid to Frankie Enterprises. I did not receive the order number from the company (either Shopmymobile or Frankie Enterprises). The address of Shopmymobile is given as:

On opening the package received on 12/05/2021 I found that it contained an old defective Samsung phone.
I will be grateful for any assistance for getting refund of my money and also for any action taken against the companies. There are similar complaints against these companies and I feel this is an online scam and therefore action needs to be taken against them.
