Text of Complaint by Alan D’ Souza:

I ordered 3 bean bags from Deal Saga last Sunday, 30th August 2020 for a total amount of INR 1,198. I received a message that said my order had been confirmed and they would notify me why it is shipped. It’s been 4 days and I have no update from them and there is absolutely no way for me to contact them. There’s a number on their website that doesn’t go through and there was an email ID I could write to but all the emails sent, bounce right back. I do not want to assume they are fraudsters but if they don’t give us an update and there is no way to contact them, then we are left with no choice but to assume the worst. I understand it has been just 4 days but considering my order was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 7 days, I think it’s fair for me to expect at least an update.
If there’s anybody who can help me with either finding out if I’ll ever receive my order or get me the refund, I will forever be thankful. And I sincerely hope no one else falls for these traps online. Like most people, I too saw this add on Instagram and made an impulse decision. Be careful guys! That’s all I can say. Thank you for your time.
