I had ordered Herb Enriched Matte Liquid Lipstick Kit- Set of 5 (Bright and Pinks) and Nourishing Lip and Cheek Tint -GWP product which was free on this purchase. I had already paid the products amount of Rs. 349 in advance. My Order ID is #1361940 dated : 06th September 2023. Even after so many days, I have not received my product.
I haven’t received any detail about my order dispatch. I can’t even track the order status. The order has been showing under process since last 13 days. I tried reaching out their customer service but that is also of no help as they don’t receive the call nor do they reply back on the WhatsApp helpline. Kindly help.
