I ordered an outfit from Glamorouss.comm on Instagram. I saw the reviews and the page looked genuine so I placed an order. They mentioned that there would be no delivery fee if we pay online. I received the scan code and payed the amount. After a few days I asked them if my order has arrived and they said yes but the order wasn’t here yet. I have messaged them regarding this many times and they are just ignoring my messages
