I had purchased a kurta from the website www.aveattireset.in order number : AVAT3140. The payment of Rs.1260/- was done through cash on delivery. However, the product I received was completely different, it was two sarees. You can see in the image attached that the cover of the package shows kurta but the items inside the package were sarees. I tried contacting them via their email support@aveattireset.in which was provided on site but the email itself is fake.
I later found that this is their modus operandi and found someone else complained about the same in this portal. This is the link to their complaint
Please help me get my refund back and take appropriate action against them so that no one else falls in their trap.
