I had ordered MAXO Note 9 Pro with 6GB ram WITH 128 gb INTERNAL memory phone and payment has made through on line (Pay U Money) on 06-june 2020. I have received a fake product which is not have any quality that offered in advertisement. The name shown in chines mobile is appletree. It is totally worthless product and not usable. Tried to return the product and found that the contact detail provided in refund policy is also fake. As per the confirmation mail from the payment gateway, the amount is credited to Pay U money . Tried to contact through that website and that also not working.

on 28-07-2020, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MOBILE NUMBER +91 7044078461 Saying that He is calling from MAXO PHONEs. And give instruction that if any mistakes in the delivered item, It can returned by courier . And i want to fill up a format application and remit further 350/-, Want to give my Aadhar, Bank ID etc for the refund of My Rs.3999/- which i was paid earlier.
Authorities .. Please take necessary action against in these frauds and save the people..
