My Order #MV10973 in Mvastram. Paid for order worth of INR 2495. Not yet received, no reply from care email address given. Got few numbers viz: 9199120729 & 7859051048 from facebook where I saw Mvastram add. When I called these number, they are saying your order got cancelled and to get refund share card number or open Phonepay, When I countered them that ideally u should have these details, he started giving excuses. I recorded their call as well, typically they are from north. Please help how to get these bastards. Also, please don’t do any purchase from MVastram.
