On July 15th, 2020 I placed an order for 6 shirts for an amount of 2184 rupees. I received an email after making debit card payment for my order along with a text message which confirmed the order and the delivery date, i.e. 2nd August,2020. I waited for my order till this date, but after this, now I am trying to track my order on the website, but the website isn’t opening and neither are any of their numbers working(7046185863). I searched on google and I could see similar cases against this fraud company. On searching for their alternate helpline number, I came across – 9641385087. I dialled this number and came across a guy name Amit who was clearly trying to fool me by asking for my google pay number or making me download an application and open a link or transfer 1 rupee to their account, which ofcousre I didn’t. When I told him that I will file a complaint against him and this company, he said – “ok mam” in a very rage tone.
I request immediate action to be taken against such fraudsters and would appreciate if any help can be provided here by getting them to refund my amount.
