Text of Complaint by Jyothi B M:

I had ordered sarees for my mother as i had received scholarship that day. I placed order on december 28th 2020 and made payment online through Razorpay as it was suggested by that shopping app.Later i dint get any intimation from the app and later when raised issue in razorpay they asked to wait for 21 days twice after that even they dint respond to the issue
