Sir, I ordered 2 jeans pant on 24 oct-22 ,, I received the product on 30 otc- 22,, and i paid cash on delivery (₹2000) , The quality of the jeans pant was very poor.,.. so i immediately made a return request,… But after 1 day, automatically the return request got canceled ,.. Then I talked to the customer care and initiated the return request,. , , Again after 2,3 days,,. Return request canceled automatically,… , And i called customer care again,.. , aur said why are you doing like this ,.. Again I requested and got the return done,.. , Finally on 10th november my return product got pik uped,.., Then I talked to customer care,.. and He said it will take 6, 7 days. , for your refund,.., I told them for refund, it doesn’t take this much time on any other site/app. ,.. , He said, this happens in our policy.,. , Then I waited and after 6-7 days I called.,., , They said that the product has not yet reached our warehouse , As soon as it comes, you will know through notification,.. , Then I waited for the notification,..as soon as the notification came , I called again,.., He said wait 24, 48 horses,. you will get refund,.. , Then I called after 24 hours, ,. Then they say, Your one product, Due to wrong product,, Your return request will not be initiate,… , , I requested a lot and then they blocked my login account..,. I didn’t get any help from any type,.., please help,,.. please
And I request you,.. This (catch) site / app was closed very soon,.. , The way it happened to me, and it has happened to many people ,… Please sir help,..?
