Respected Sir,
I am writing you this mail to report the fraud I experienced on the order of cargo pants. I ordered from an ecommerce website FABFASHION4U (https://www.fabfashion4u.com/).
– Email ID of fraudster : care.shoppingplanet.com
– It seems similar email was used for similar fraud with the name of FNZDEALS.SHOP (https://consumercomplaintscourt.com/tag/fnzdeals-shop/)
– Order ID: #FFU65998
– Invoice ID: #FFU65998
– Ship date: 27/01/2025
– GST#: 07AAXC85111J1ZS
The order was of 2 sets of Cargo Pants for the price of Rs. 899 cash on delivery. On reception of order, I found I received 1 set of old Blue Jeans through amazon shipping.
There is no proper refund policy and the seller doesn’t respond on the calling. I am attaching all the details on order and seller as proof of purchase and the subsequent fraud. I hope you take strict action against the said fraudster.
