Hi team,
Based on online search for cheap mobile phones in google website, I came across the website Ezeephone. Ordered a phone with below description. I have paid Rs 4499 via credit card for booking.
But I have not received any email or SMS regarding my booking.
I want to file a complaint against Ezeephone for this online fraud under cyber crime and Google for supporting this website. Please help me.

I see the KRYPTON X2 Pro mobile online booking and then payment Rs. 4479.20 through net panking for my account pay (HDFC internet banking ). After no acknowledgement any reply. Please refund my payment. I enclose payment is out of my account the banking message.
