I ordered 1 Gimbal from brandmarts.shop. Whose price was 1499. When I got the parcel at home and I opened it and checked it, a children’s watch came out of it. That watch was also completely broken. Which no one will take from the market even for 50 rupees. That watch is like a broken toy. I tried to contact the customer care number given on their website but that number was invalid. The website link is – brandmarts.shop. And my order id is -BH25JULY3487 . this parcel come through a delivery partner named shiprocket. Whose tracking id is – 19041338094970. screen shot of the same is attached. Our government can catch these fraud people through the delivery partner. By taking information from the delivery partner from where and from whom the parcel was collected. Thanks.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU) up to a certain period of time.
