Text of Complaint by Rejee Ittiyera:

Meesho blocked my account in their app without any prior message. First they pretend that there is some error.Then they said someone flagged my account. Then they said they themselves flagged my account and I cannot return already delivered items eventhough they are defective and will not get refund.I am shocked since all the inormation about my orders are gone and could not see what items are exchanged or how much money to be refunded for already returned items.Also they delivered items after blocking my account and without knowing that returns are not possible I bought two items. If the returns are not possible then why should they deliver again. They asked delivery agent not to take returns but they delivered items again. After knowing their fraud I didn’t accept the delivered items. But two items were fraudulently they delivered sothat I cannot return it and my money lost.My returns all are reasonable most of them were because of their mistake. I called them to complete the process in my account and they can block but they are arrogant saying that no return and refund is possible. Then I informed them I will move legally but they said they have no issue. The reason for blocking my account they said is more returns and exchanges. That happened bacause of their poor quality items. Why they did not inform me before blocking my account. Why they delivered items again after blocking my account without giving information that returns are possible
Also I am shocked to know that my account is blocked suddenly in a morning I became upset, mentally harassed
I am buying things from other apps also. But here the experience was shocking. If they inform me all things properly and they do not want me as a customer then I will quit myself and I need not suffer loss of my money and temper and my valuable time for contacting these frauds multiple times and hearing their arrogant words.
I want money back for the items they delivered fraudulently and want compensation for such a big harassment
I humbly request this court to look into my grievance and resolve it . I have all the proofs such as recordings and screenshots. Since they flagged my account all the information in it are not available to me. But some photos are with me.
