On 10th of july 2023, i was scrolling instagram reels suddenly an ad come in front of me which give ads of branded clothes
at cheap price after seen ad ad i placed an order of ,5 men track pants turkey imported, cost was 999rs INR. I placed an order on 10th of july 2023.the payment method was cash on delivery and i also get text message from the FACTION HUT, of placing your order.On 12th of july 2023 i received my parcel at on my address through ekart i take it and made payment in cash 999rs.when i bring it at my home when i opened it my name was written on the first packing when I opened that packing. Another packing came out inside it, on which the address of another person was written. Then I opened that packing three-four times by doing this and the parcel kept coming out from different addresses in the last packing i got two old used t-shirts with full of bad smell and dirty.it was totally fraud by FACTION HUT, to me.
Please help me to return my money.
