I ordered 6 pieces of electronic items including 3 pieces of earbuds and 3 pieces of smart watches and paid approx 2500 from paytm. After the payment completion no order confirmation or link for tracking package or any otp was received. Moreover the website is also not working now. I have proof of my online transaction and would talk to the paytm gateway the first thing in the morning. So I would request the concerned authorities to please look into the matter and refund my money back.
