I had ordered an earpod from the website called vle market on 08-06-2022, even after waiting almost 1 week, when my order was not received, then I got my order canceled by calling costomer care. Then call costomer care several times and they refunded my money in Vlebazaar wallet. that wallet useless for me. I requested them to refund the money in my bank account (original payment mode). but Whenever I call, they asks to wait 24 hours for refund money in my bank account. It has been consecutive 2 months doing this but till now the money has not been received in my bank account.
please solve the issue.
