I had ordered a wireless electric portable crusher (order no: NP/12489565) from the website shoppergrace.in through a youtube ad on the 8th of august,2022 . I received the product on 10th of august 2022 in a damaged condition and it doesn’t work . I tried to contact the website for a return and refund through the website . However, the email provided by the website is invalid and the phone number provided on the website has no incoming services. I was scammed out of Rs.999

I had ordered the electric portable crusher (Order No. NP/14468751) from the advertisement while watching some news in the You tube and on 26th October 2022 while travelling later I received the product on 29th October at 2.30 pm via Blue Dart. When I opened the package I could see the charging port is not in the correct position as well the switch. However I came across with the same advertisement and got the email ID and phone no. immediately I dropped a mail in the given email id but it bounced back and the phone is not reachable. I have lost an amount of Rs 1000.

I want my money back. I had cancelled this order. But it still arrived. My father has paid for it as i was not at home.
The product has the no manufacturer details on it. Shoppergrace.in is a scam. They are not replying to my emails and their phone number is switched off.
My father paid Rs. 1000 Cash on delivery for it.
