I ordered on 13 14 17 April of total three orders of 241000 rupees, I tried to call the number given 9911619068 but not responding. I have also emailed at Info@gamersheaven.in, they have replied but they said they will send the product , but was never sent down. They have sent only invoice letter instead of the products via DTDC COURIER service, tracking number Z75168311. I also requested refund but they said they will ship, but never shipped. I have paid two amounts 102000 via SBI netbanking and 102000 via IOB netbanking and 37000 via IOB debit card.

There are also people from different region filed cyber complaint for this shopping website. I found one shop called GAMERS in Nagpur, MH, and he said that the someone has used his shop name and it is a fake website and he has also filed in local police station. Here is his number 9890429347 and address No.26, Zal Complex, Residency Rd, Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440001
I need help how to resolve this, I have filed complaint in Cyber Cell Govt. department.
