hello ,
I place 2 orders yesterday on https://duskauto.com/ . I found this on my facebook account.
Order 9ORIN1626 for INR.799/- prepaid by credit card
Order 9ORIN1627 for INR.799/- prepaid by credit card
After placing those two orders , order number got generated which mentioned the product details (attached) and also that details will be sent to my number (my mobile number that i used to log in)
there is no way that i can check on these two orders on the above portal as the order search feature just does not exist .
I never got any confirmation on above orders to my mobile number (which i used to log in ) at the time of making payment. When i tried to click on “Contact us” on the order summary , i find the below email address : –
When i look up “contact us ” on home page , it points to a different email id careonlineshoppings247@gmail.com
i sent two reminders already to this email id but no response.
looks like fraud to me . I have been billed on my credit card . I have attached the image that i took as screenshot on my mobile .

I think we should fight against this fraud which has come up through an E commerce site. I am scalling up the issue as well.
Same thing happen to me.. Now the website is not working.. They are cheating

Mr.sunil same thing happened to me.. The same torch light I ordered but no response.. Last week I received a torch worth just rs 46.. Its no match to the product listed.. This is fraud company.. In the parcel they mentioned one customer care number.. I spoke to 2 ladies and they said we not fraud and will return money in 15 days.. 15 days not over .. Im waiting but now changed the website to defibits.com . I dont know where to complain so I raised this concern to my credit card bank luckily they refunded the amount and looking at this site

Facebook allowed this add and cheating us. I lost 899 now the same products are in some other website name.
This happens to me also. I think Facebook also partnered with this company. I lost 899.00 for a torchlight. my order no90RIN4077 DATED 20 DEC 2020.
I have been cheated too. I ordered the soft slippers and when the product came it was a hard and cheap slipper. I couldn’t even wore them. And yes, they took down their website too. Such as shame.
